The research question
To what extent has the desire for power shaped the past?
The desire for power has led to luxury, wealth and the better in life, however this power is often known as economic/material power which has also led to greed which leads to envious invaders. The invasion of enviousness may result in severe death, conquered lands, thieves and the collapse of empires. If this power is not needed, then severe death results and poverty is inhumane and wrong. However, the ancient civilizations and empires are guilty of this behavior because the desire for power within the empires and civilizations shaped the past to a maximum extent.
