Mozart thinks of Chairman Mao

In order to save the narrators violin, Luo tells the villagers that the narrator will play a a famous tune by Mozart, called "Mozart thinks of Chairman Mao". The effect is as desired and they escape the predicament with the violin intact.

Mao Zedong is most commonly famed for his rise to power in China, being winner of the Chinese civil war, making China a world superpower, for his unique ideas, and for the massive amounts of human loss during The Cultural Revolution and The Great Leap Forward.  The 1st Chairman of the Communist Party of China remained Chairman from 1943 until his final years in 1974.
