Fires are dangerous. For instance in California there is a big fire problem. Fires are going off all  the time in the California. The Western States 100 mile enduracne race one of the biggest races on the calender was canceled due to the wild fires in northern California. That was a big deal, that is kind of like the NYC Marathon being canceled due to a fire. That was shocking to read a bout the fire that canceled that ultra marathon.   In many places fires are dangerous. I also think of fires in the summer in NYC from the book the Bronx is burning which talks about how hot it was in NYC in the summer of 77 and everything was  burning and it was hot and their was riots and a blackout and alot of craziness was happening with the yankees.
