Traveling around the world

Globe

We split up 10 years later and I will just blame it all on youth. Some would say that their experiences with there ex's were terrible. I admit there were a minimal number of bad days but there were an awful lot of great days. The glass is half full from my perspective always. Without him, I probably would never have seen half of the places I have been to thus far. I traveled abroad to Amsterdam, Germany, Africa and Korea. Here in the states I lived in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and New Jersey. I met wonderful people, saw magnificent things and most of all learned so much more about life and cultures of the world beyond the New York City blocks that I grew up on. Having this opportunity early in my life expanded my knowledge and desire to learn more about other places and most specifically countries in Africa.

Travel with my ex-husband him was so fulfilling. We both learned and matured a great deal as time went by. He managed to fulfill all of his goals and so did I. Although I benefited from having the accessibility to travel around the world I still appreciated the warmth of going home to New York and visiting my family in Virginia. Traveling around the world just made me appreciate all that I had and miss spending time and traveling with my family.
