Shia Labeouf was arrested in Chicago, in a Walgreens none the less. It must have helped that he was drunk at the time and needed security guards to escort him out.
Shia was drunk at a Walgreens, it was during the day and people shouldn't even be intoxicated at such an early time. This is just another example of how celebrities don't care what they do or when they do it.
