"Ding Dong, Ding Dong." Nick's door bell rang throughout his house.
Nick went to his front door to see who was visiting. At the door stood a very short man wearing a suit. He greeted Nick politely because he knew Nick was still suffering from the Gatsby's loss. He explained to Nick that Gatsby had produced a will the day before he was killed and had left all his possessions to Nick.
"I don't know what to say? Are you sure?" Nick questioned.
"Yes, we are certain. The will was in his safe." he responded.
Nick thanked the man for coming all the way out to East Egg for the news and returned back to his dining room for some further thinking.
Two weeks later, Nick moved back West, to his parent's house. He could not understand why Gatsby would leave him his belongings and why he produced the will a day before he was killed. He plans to start a new life again out West and start a family. Gatsby will forever be in his heart.
